&lt;p&gt;Heat 3 tbl of nibs in 1 tbl MCT oil, medium low for 14 minutes, until nib is just crunchy (vs. spongy or bitter), less time is better.  Take off heat, add tbl cacao powder to appropriate viscosity,, tsp ceylon cinnamon, tbl raw honey.  Eat it straight (share as too much of any food is bad for you) or spoon over berries with some coconut shavings and a mint leaf for presentation :-)&lt;/p&gt;
