But it is important to point out that over-population has caused pollution-clearing mechanisms like wind to become ineffectual. And India is forecast to have 300 million cars on the road within a few decades. Indian population has tripled since 1960. Not as bad as the Arab countries where it has quadrupled or even quintupled. The results are on our TV screens on a daily basis. But the charities have a &amp;quot;model&amp;quot; where world population rises from 7 to 10 trillion, but the developing countries become charitable contributors rather than consumers. It aint going to happen. The third world needs birth control, yesterday.&lt;/p&gt;
