We have tons of peer reviewed studies showing communities where people do not shower and they are ridden with disease/infection. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Having said that, if you do not sweat and are not active there is probably no reason to shower every day. Maybe you can get by with showering a few times a week. But if you exercise/sweat, you better shower because you are creating an environment for bad bacteria to thrive. Just please talk to your dermatologist before you try this.&lt;/p&gt;

My daughters use the hand soap but not the others as it doesn&amp;#39;t look like what they&amp;#39;re used to. I&amp;#39;ve forwarded articles (some from this site) showing the harmful ingredients used in the commercially available products but advertising has completely brainwashed them. Fortunately my partner uses all the above and hopefully my daughters will follow their mother&amp;#39;s example sooner than later.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Likewise I keep telling them they don&amp;#39;t need to shower every day and they think I&amp;#39;m a crazy man for showering at the most once a week. Also I buy them aluminium free deodorant but they just leave it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Perhaps I should jazz up the jars I put the home produce in.&lt;/p&gt;
