1/2 cup cocoa, 1/3 cup honey & 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter until melted and smooth. Fill mini cupcake liners a third full with this mixture and stick in the freezer for about five minutes. Meanwhile, heat 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/3 cup honey, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil until melted. Take the partially filled cupcake liners out of the freezer and layer enough of the peanut butter mixture to cover chocolate layer. Stick back in the freezer for about ten minutes. Finally, add another layer of the chocolate mixture on top and freeze again. You can keep these in the freezer or the fridge. They are SO GOOD!!
