It&amp;#39;s almost one hour a day. That&amp;#39;s at least 360 minutes a week if I don&amp;#39;t include the walking I&amp;#39;ve done. That&amp;#39;s not far from 450 minutes a week. &amp;nbsp;I think standing up all day can be tiring if you get plenty of exercise already. If you plan to do so, maybe you&amp;#39;ll have to eat more and better to prevent being too tired and overtraining.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A study said that physical jobs aren&amp;#39;t that healthy for us. Some of the possible reasons is that we don&amp;#39;t get breaks as we work 8 hours a day so it stresses out our cardiovascular systems, &amp;nbsp;it&amp;#39;s not the right kind of exercise, and reasons not related to exercise. That reminds me of the limited number of heart beats theory. A lower resting heart rate can allow us to use fewer heart beats.&lt;/p&gt;
