&lt;p&gt;This note is about Miracle Whey, constipation, overall health and inulin, and I hope for helpful, informed responses.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Regarding constipation, one of the benefits (or &amp;quot;side effects&amp;quot; depending on one&amp;#39;s perspective) of inulin is that it helps relieve constipation, and that is in keeping with information advanced from research and medicine to increase fiber in the diet for overall health benefits; inulin is a high-fiber &amp;quot;prebiotic&amp;quot; that had been generally considered a great thing to include in the diet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My family prefers your whey protein over others we have tried and so we are very interested in your new Miracle Whey. I was even considering giving it as a holiday gift! Looking at the ingredients, I saw inulin listed and had a vague recollection of some recent health warnings about inulin.
