I finish eating dinner at the latest at 6.30 pm and fast till noon the next day. The only thing I consume in between is water. One question to which I haven&amp;#39;t found a conclusive answer yet, is what supplements I can take during the fasting hours that don&amp;#39;t break my fasting.&lt;/p&gt;
