&lt;p&gt;I believe adequate variety of amino acids is important too.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I was easy to anger or at least annoyed as a young man, and I believe the high fat diet made me much more calm (along with allowing me to think clearer).&lt;/p&gt;
