&lt;p&gt;I do believe it is clear that &amp;nbsp;cholesterol does not cause heart disease and that eating cholesterol does not make your cholesterol high. And that eggs contain many high-quality nutrients, including proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. &amp;nbsp; But what do I say to people who say &amp;quot;but science proved they raise your risk of heart disease&amp;quot;? &amp;nbsp;Would like Dr. Mercola&amp;#39;s perspective on that...&lt;/p&gt;
