Accidents can happen. The newer ones with MIPs are even better as they protect our brains against rotational impacts. Amsterdam is considered quite safe for cycling. Imagine what happens if cyclists there use helmets. In terms of head injury, the term mild is considered a misnomer.&lt;/p&gt;
