I am greatly frustrated by what I consider to be rudeness. Like people checking their cell phones while you are trying to have a conversation or at the table at meal time. I also think it is very bad behavior for parents to occupy children who are visiting by letting them play video games on their cell phones or other gadgets. Adult conversations may be boring for children at times, but they can learn a lot and it should be part of the socialization process, not allowing them to withdraw into their fantasy worlds.

When I was growing up, it was considered rude to call people late at night, early in the morning or during meal times. When you got those phone calls, you always feared it was an emergency or someone had died. Now, you even get robo calls. There is such contempt for the customer. They are seen only as an immediate profit unit.
