I’m a big fan of Mercola’s work, but I have to correct something in the book. It says on page 241 that Y-Shield is the best shielding paint. It’s the most economical, but not the best at shielding. The two best that I’m aware of are: Cu-Pro Cote via lessemfdotcom and The shielding paint sold by geovitaldotcom. I haven’t used Cu-Pro (a copper-based paint) but I painted my bedroom and kids’ room with Geovital’s paint plus used their shielding cloth and mesh. I ran out of paint and had to finish a small section of wall with Y-Shield and noticed immediately that it is much less thick with carbon-based shielding powder than Geovital’s paint, which needed a paint stirrer mounted on a hand drill to stir effectively. More powder means more protection, but also means more cost. I’m impressed with Geovital’s product line, but still use an aftermarket shielding canopy on top of the room shielding to get my microwave levels in the room down to around 0.0030miliwatts per meter squared give or take. It all depends on your area and if you have neighbors with WiFi blazing up and/or down into your bedroom based on where their routers are. Also depends on your proximity to a cell tower or related installation. LessEMF claims 5G can’t be blocked by carbon-based shielding, but Geovital says theirs will do it and have tested it. Cu-Pro Cote’s copper-based makeup would. We’ll see!</p>
