They seem quite innovative.

https://ellessco.com/

I was impressed with a doctor's office recently. When you walk in the door, there is a basket of disposable masks and you are asked to put one on. This physician had many special "extras" in his office. It was a place where infection control was esp. important. I thought this was a very good practice when colds and flu are going around.

When you are out in public and touch the same things as strangers touch, you cannot help being exposed. So, it is very important to optimize your vitamin D3 and K2. Schools, stores, libraries, medical facilities... -And wash your hands frequently and when you return home. I am a bit spooky about this as I notice so many people still leave a public restroom without washing their hands. Supermarkets, esp.--they have their employees trained, but cannot do much about customers.

There is news about a pneumonia outbreak in China related to a seafood market.

When I was younger, I suffered frequent bouts of pneumonia. I was constantly on antibiotics which did more harm than good. Only years later did I realize it was respiratory distress (chemical pneumonia) from a food intolerance. Recovery might take weeks, just like other kinds of pneumonia. I suppose nowadays I would be tested for AIDS. I mention this to share my experience. When your lungs are already weakened from toxic exposures, it makes it that much harder to remain healthy overall. Once I ate the wrong foods, I would get very sick. Then, every little thing would aggravate my illness and it would begin to snowball. Cigarette smoke, fragrances, etc.

More than a century ago, men with TB were told to live in the mountains and live off the land. Many healed this way and went on to lead active lives. This was also the turning point for me, when we started producing our own food and living off the land. I am "allergic to civilization", esp. much supermarket food. It is my krypton.
