&lt;p&gt; Cut off the bottom of a brussels sprout. The outer leaves fall off. Put those seperated leaves into a medium bowl. Do this until all the brussels sprouts have been cut and all of your leaves have been removed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then after you have all of them pealed, just toss the leaves with a small amount of olive oil and good salt. Use salt amt. according to your diet. Then place them on your baking sheet, in a single layer.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; Bake your brussels sprout leaves for 4-6 minutes 350°F or until the tips are slightly browned and the leaves are nice and crispy. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please don&amp;#39;t overcook, it does not take long.&lt;/p&gt;
