It was written by Udo Erasmus.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Fats That Heal, Fats That Kill. &amp;nbsp;It taught me about heating oils in cooking going rancid. Taught me a lot. So glad I was reading books like this back then. &amp;nbsp;I learned about Budwig and mixing co factors and dairy with the flaxseed oil for health. A Very Good Read and Keep book.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What out for the soybean oil in my opinion. Had a friend became a soybean farmer and he was so happy when he got his pesticide and herbicide license of some sort, for them. I know a lot of my supplements are putting it in now and I have no way to tell if it is genetically modified or not.&lt;/p&gt;
