&lt;p&gt;In chronic fatigue syndrome, one factor that stands out is the person can usually point to a specific and sudden onset date. &amp;nbsp;This is helpful in distinguishing from other forms of fatigue. &amp;nbsp;Not to trivialize other diagnostic techniques. To often doctors will use CFS as a garbage can diagnosis when they don&amp;#39;t have any better ideas. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I think I would be dead if I had to live in an inner city and shop in supermarkets for my sustenance. &amp;nbsp;I just cannot adapt.&lt;/p&gt;
