But is it true? According to Dr. Graham McAuliffe of the Rothamsted Institute, it’s not if you eat tofu. Finding a gluten free soy free chocolate bar, has eliminated most of my favorites. Lecithin must be listed on labels containing soy in accordance with The Federal Food and Drug Act. However, many processed foods, including fast foods, baked goods and delicatessen and meat products, are not labeled.

In this 2012 article it suggested that they were planning to feed soy to fish farmers. I would like an update on that.

""Monsanto (creator of GM soy) and food giant Cargill, is to make soy the feed of choice for factory-farmed fish around the world ""articles.mercola.com/.../genetically-modified-soy-for-farmed-fish.aspx (July 17,2012)

Good- Natto fermented soy is good for us. In a Dr. Mercola's article it tells us more: "Natto is high in vitamin K2 MK-7 form, which is bioavailable, stays in the body longer and helps transport calcium from the arteries into the bones reducing the risk of atherosclerosis ."

articles.mercola.com/.../fermented-soy-and-dairy.aspx

Dr. M also has good advice on how to make our own natto:
