&lt;p&gt;Is the egg good for me? Sadly no, and I used to enjoy a hard boiled or dippy egg. I am an unfortunate allergic to them. &amp;nbsp;I would love to eat a good free range non gmo fed chicken egg.&lt;/p&gt;
