If I owned a nursing home I would serve only organic, clean food. I would have garden where I grew the vegetables for the table and flowers for the guests to walk through. Time would be spent outside every day with lots of sunshine-weather permitting. My goal would be to get them out of the nursing home. Exercise classes would be available. And a real, homeopathic doctor would be on board to get patients off deadly drugs, especially statins.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It is a good sport for people recovering from accidents also, who are learning to stand and walk again. &amp;nbsp;Many with neurological disorders have difficulty standing, and this would get your mind off the fact that you are standing, Chasing after the ball you missed, picking it up and serving is also movement. &amp;nbsp; For even more benefit if right handed try holding the paddle in your left. It&amp;#39;s ok not to win. The point of the game is to play.&lt;/p&gt;
