I've read that BHT (generally used as a food preservative) can mess up the virus' lipid covering, making it vulnerable to the body's defenses.

Maybe along with H2 we'd have a nice 1,2 punch for the Covid19.

Also, Dr. Mercola markets tablets that dissolve in water producing molecular hydrogen water. If you purchase it in cans, it must be drunk all in one sitting because the hydrogen will evaporate out leaving an unpleasant byproduct.

Does drinking hydrogen water help, or does it need to be a gas inhaled into lungs?
