Posting this because it seems there may be many ways to skin this cat, several approaches appear (at first glance) far less toxic than others: www.nature.com/.../d41586-020-01221-y - Dr. Fauci was surprised about timing? Please remember the swine flu vaccine rolled out in the EU sometime in 2010 had to be yanked off the market due to multiple nasty side effects...

Can the pan drippings be reused? (Deglaze a pan to make a gravy, soup or sauce. Fry eggs or toss with vegetables instead of butter.) Lay the butter paper and any tiny chips of butter clinging to it over hot vegetables to save butter. Scrape bowls. A spoonful makes another serving. Make soup from leftovers. Save the carrot water to add to soup stock. Set juiced and strained tomatoes aside in gallon glass jars to settle--siphon off the clear liquid and freeze it to use as soup stock--this cuts down on simmering time for your tomato sauce when canning and keeps your kitchen cooler, too. (The clear liquid can also be used to make wine! Also, parsley, dandelion wine.) Add oil and vinegar to an empty jar (catsup, mustard or jam) and shake to make a salad dressing. Bones for bone broth. Add herbs to soup stock and other recipes. Save syrup from home-canned fruit and dilute it with a bit of water to make fruit juice or stretch a pitcher of iced tea. (I can with a very light stevia syrup.) Thicken fruit juice to use as (pancake) syrup. "Zoodles" made with a vegetable spiralizer or potato peeler. Add chopped greens last to soups instead of noodles. Wines from wild fruits. (Or hard cider from "ugly" apples. Herbal beers that do not require hops.) After baking a turkey or poultry, save and wash the congealed fat and freeze it--add 1/2-1 t. to soups to enrich the flavor. => Use "schmaltz as a substitute for fats and oils in cooking. Save bread crusts for croutons or bread crumbs. Save small amounts any kind of leftover flour (rolled grains can be put thru a blender/vitamix if too coarse, cornmeal, whole grain, sesame seeds, etc.) and freeze it all together in a container to use for breading fish, liver, etc. Use the green tops that sprout from storage onions in the spring. Pickle excess fruits (whole cored small apples or crab apples, figs, etc.) and mixed vegetables in gallon jars at harvest time--store in a refrig, cold garage above freezing, etc. Make miso.

It is reminiscent of "gravitas". Every day on the news, no matter what station you listen to, it is all the same. There is not really much that is new. How many times is it worth telling people to wash their hands. Either they got the message or they did not. So, there are a few new drugs. After a while, even that is not news.

I consider adequate vitamin D to be a better option than a vaccine--esp. one that is rushed to market. I am also concerned that there is an effort to repress so much info about natural remedies while promoting pharmaceuticals.

This is all just a bubble off plumb. This pandemic has certainly become a Gordian Knot and trying to unravel it is challenging. I think it is reasonable to assume that there is a lot more going on than health concerns.

BTW, complaining about meat shortages and high grocery prices is pointless. This will continue for at least 2 years and likely longer. You cannot legislate to overrule the laws of nature. If there is no breeder stock or feed, there will be no starter animals or replacement stock. Farming takes time. You do not just put your money into a vending machine and pop out a beef cow. Smart people will plan to do more for themselves at this time.

There is no point in disclosing all the places I find free food and what I find. Consider new and unconventional foods. All I can say is that, if you do not live in a concrete jungle, start looking around your neighborhood and local roads. Esp. fence lines (where birds sit and poop out seeds), wastelands, old homesteads, forests, right-of-ways and railroad tracks. There are many food sources, but people never recognize them because they are not truly paying attention. However, one problem that should be avoided is those immaculately neat and manicured lawns that have been heavily sprayed to look so nice. Inc. some parks.

Also, learn new recipes for new foods to eliminate sugar, etc.
