Time Out. If you look around Pre-Covid everyone all over the world were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. It's like looking from above when you disturb an ant hill. We now have been given the rare opportunity to spend time with our families in the same house whereas before we communicated mostly by some electronic device. Are we taking advantage of that. The simple answer is NO. Everyone is still on their devices. Families at the dinner table all with phones in their hands texting who knows who. Take a look around. Cleaner air-less traffic and traffic accidents and more stars seen in the heavens at night. Does anyone notice? Probably only a few. Yes there are hardships but people are banding together and helping out. Look how many are helping with food lines. We should be rediscovering the simple things in life that were obscured by technology but we are still preoccupied by our devices. Now if the internet would go down like from a solar storm or terrorist attack life would become unimaginably worse almost instantly. Notice not much in the world about wars or terrorists. This is the world saying "Time Out" before it's too late.

Ask yourself, where does evil hide? It comes from your thoughts. So, observe your thoughts, do not become involved with them, it is how the dark side takes over, with resentment to the past , causing guilt in a decent person. Then, a bully can take you down or you become one yourself. Jesus said, forgive them , keep yourself in God’s world of peace. Stand up to evil as Jesus did with no resentment , speak the truth. I have no right to judge evil but every right to discern evil , look at it and take action.

There are so many opportunities online, too. Learn a new language, practice calligraphy or origami, become a gourmet cook, read the classics or bible, watch free old movies, find directions to start working on Christmas crafted gifts, do yoga, work on a garden (even if only a patio, balcony or window sprouting jars), forage, do a thorough spring cleaning and yard clean up, defrost a freezer or refrig, wash rugs-carpets-windows and screens, sit on a river bank or lake with a fishing pole (if allowed), write an encouraging note to someone who needs it, count your blessings...
