&lt;p&gt;For those of us who have a garden, or a balcony, or where there is an open outdoor area, to be outside is really helpful to the spirits. This is a good time for creative projects of many kinds, gardening, and definitely talking on the phone or by zoom or Skype....don&amp;#39;t isolate, do stay connected, the heart level is key in life. I like the idea of neighbors texting each other images of sprouting butterfly and pollinator friendly plants they all team up to create as pollinator corridor, neighborhood wide.&lt;/p&gt;
