A Hilarious Drug Company Parody From The Onion

You know how much I love sharing humorous health-related parodies and videos with you, especially those that skewer the many pratfalls of conventional medicine. With that in mind, you'll get a kick out of this fun story from The Onion about PharmAmorin, a "wonder drug" conceived by Pfizer to treat chronic distrust of large prescription-drug manufacturers.

The fictitious drug, called a "godsend" by drugmakers, was developed to treat an epidemic-level number of patients -- numbering some 20 million Americans -- suffering from independent-thinking-related mental-health disorders.

I won't spoil the fun, but this awesome news parody is just as funny as the Web site created to publicize the fake drug Panexa.
