You may recall reading several months ago about the dramatic and wonderful effect krill oil had on a child with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). A recently completed study of krill oil and adult patients with ADHD appears to be just as promising.
Scientists evaluated the effect of krill oil on 25 adult ADHD patients who took a 500 mg dose daily for six months as calculated by Barkley's Executive Function that scores behavior inhibition, social behavior and daily functional capacity. The impressive numbers tell the story here:
