There's so many wonderful things vegetables can do for your health, like beating heart disease, keeping your brain young and virtually eliminating your risk of lymphoma.

You can add a new benefit -- laughter -- thanks to the folks at Frogview.com.

When you hit the link below, you'll see even more wonderful and amazing digital images of animals, sculpted and reconfigured using common vegetables you see in the grocery store.

For those of you with children, grandchildren, etc., there are WONDERFUL books out following this same food as art concept.  They're popular among the younger preschool and elementary students.

The authors/illustrators are:

Saxton Freymann, Joost Elffers

Here's a link to one of the books, "How are you Peeling?"

How fun! I love the bok-choy koi-they look just like my real fish.
What a great idea to get kids to eat their vegtables.

Uncle Russ, I see duckies and bunnies!

Seriously, though, my daughter and I are artists, and we often see things in very different ways than other people - this is just hysterically funny, we love it!
