Andy Rooney Asks "What's Happened to Milk?"

I really enjoy Andy Rooney's tell it like it is commentary as he is so typically right on. However he is only partially correct here as he has not been educated about natural medicine. If he had he would realize that saturated fat has been unfairly demonized and it actually healthy for you when consumed in the proper amount based on your nutritional type.
His ending is so true.
“My suggestion, if they want to sell more milk,” Rooney says, “is that they go back to selling what comes out of a cow.”
Andy also misses the boat on the importance of consuming your milk raw. If you live in most of Eastern Europe or California this is not a problem as raw milk is legal there. If you live in the US though and need a place to find raw milk, please visit
RealMilk.com
on how to find it in your area.
Please remember that organic milk is typically far inferior to raw milk as most raw milk that is sold is typically organic, although not certified as such. Additionally it is far more important to have your milk raw than organic, but ideally you should have both.
