Eat Breakfast if You Want to Get Slim

Two-thirds of the country's population is overweight. Many believe that skipping meals will reduce their weight, and this new study disagrees with that assumption.

I firmly believe that we need to eat smaller meals less frequently if we are to optimize our insulin levels and biochemistry. However, the problem with most eating breakfast is that nearly all breakfasts in the United States are prescriptions for disaster. They are loaded with high-grain foods and sugars that will distort insulin levels and further increase obesity.

Let's face it, eating cereal, pancakes, waffles, bagels and toast are not the ideal way to lose weight. If anyone finds this hard to believe they are encouraged to review my new book for more details.
