Americans Are a Bunch of Couch Potatoes

The CDC report shows that the majority of U.S. adults were not physically active on a regular basis in 2000 or 2001. The majority of persons in the United States do not engage in physical activities consistent with the recommendation of a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate-intensity activity on most days of the week.

This is not good as exercise is absolutely necessary and essential if you are ever going to achieve high levels of health. Something as simple as walking may be all that some people need.
