The British Medical Journal is one of my favorite journals. It is the only major medical journal that puts all its content online at no charge. They normally publish excellent studies, but this week's issue really annoyed me as they published a review of the advances in obstetrics that mentioned that aspirin was the solution for pre-elcampsia.
