Low-Carb Diet is Finally Changing the Culture

Wheat consumption has dropped from 147 pounds per person to 139 pounds in the past six years while news reports have credited Atkins for an increase in U.S. beef sales in 12 of the past 14 quarters. Beef jerky sales are up more than 40 percent in the past two years, and pork rinds have tripled their market share. It is just a matter of time though before people finally wake up and realize that Atkins isn't the final solution and that one needs a far more sophisticated program like the No-Grain Diet with its proper emphasis on vegetables and high-quality grass-fed beef.
