Tai Chi for Arthritis

Exercise is one of the missing ingredients to health that many of us seem to ignore or not apply. If you haven?t reviewed my exercise guidelines recently you might want to look at them. I have been a runner since 1968 and have a strong bias toward aerobic-type exercises.

However, some of us have disabilities that make it very difficult to participate in aerobic activities due to knee or foot impairments. Tai Chi is a non-aerobic activity that appears to help in arthritis and has been associated with a variety of other health benefits.
