Alaska Fish Tested For Mercury Get Clean Bill Of Health

When we started researching sources of safe fish, we knew Alaskan salmon generally had lower levels of mercury to begin with. And the Vital Choice brand of salmon I now offer you was found -- via laboratory testing we had performed on their fish -- to be completely safe from mercury and other toxins. If you don't choose the Vital Choice brand, I would urge you to make sure that whatever salmon or other fish you eat has been lab-tested and shown to be free of mercury, even if it is from Alaska, because what this article doesn't make mention of is which regions of Alaska are safer and which are not. The Vital Choice salmon comes from some of Alaska's most pristine waters, and because I know it is safe it is now the only fish I will eat.
