One-Third of Europeans in Chronic Pain

Somewhat hard to believe but a poll of 46,000 people found that one-third of Europeans suffer pain every minute of their lives, and chronic pain accounts for nearly 500 million lost working days a year. The average age of patients was 50, and the most frequent cause of pain was arthritis and osteoarthritis, which affected 34 percent of those questioned. Fortunately, there are many simple solutions that can provide permanent relief for most of them. This is especially true for arthritis, which is relatively easy to treat without drugs. Improving one's food intake, addressing the emotional challenges and finding a qualified professional to address their structure are all very simple strategies that can have a profound influence on pain.
