9/11 Stress Can Lead to Infertility

At a meeting of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine doctors presented data that supports stress caused by the attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001 may have left some women infertile. Out of nearly 400 fertility patients treated at a Manhattan clinic, women who found out they were pregnant after September 11 were 25 percent more likely to miscarry than those who knew before the attacks that they were expecting a baby. I find this interesting in that I have already seen two infants who were in-utero during the 9/11 stress who were born with serious complications that appear to be related to 9/11. Dr. Bruce Lipton is a cellular biologist and he has expanded frequently on how our emotions can serve as major regulators of genetic expression.
