Thankfully the new nasal spray flu vaccine is not being widely adopted. If you haven't read the articles on the dangers of FluMist I would encourage you to do so. You can also review another article I posted on flu vaccine that will give you second thoughts about ever getting this. Remember flu vaccine does not prevent the flu, following a health program does that. That includes removal of most grains and sugars from your diet, getting proper rest and resolution of emotional stresses.
