Cinnamon & Blood Sugar Levels

A new study has found that just half a teaspoon of cinnamon a day significantly reduces blood sugar levels in diabetics. The discovery was initially made by accident by Richard Anderson at the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Human Nutrition Research Center in Beltsville, Maryland. While this sounds like great new information, if you had been reading this newsletter three years ago you would have known that this was a possibility as I posted a preliminary study from the USDA on the topic. This is just one of many examples that are brought to your attention before they are widely known in the general media.
