Scientist Who Found GM Food Contamination Ousted From University

A scientific ecologist known for his controversial research on genetically modified corn that showed it was spreading into wild corn in Mexico was denied tenure last month at the University of California at Berkeley. He believes this is due to the study he published and the contract between UC Berkeley and the agricultural biotech drug company Novartis.
