A diet high in fish oil has been shown to be related to a lower likelihood of high hostility in young adulthood. No one likes a hot head and this has also been associated with an increased risk of heart disease. The same author also published another study this month that showed fish oil to lower the risk of bipolar disorder. So consuming cod liver oil is certainly worth considering. Of course one will obtain all the other benefits from consuming this miracle food. It is the one food supplement that I believe nearly everyone needs to be on.
