British men's sperm counts have fallen by almost one-third since 1989, which suggests a growing number of men may have problems fathering children. Genetic factors, along with environmental and occupational influences may all play a part, however artificial sweeteners like Nutrasweet and pesticides are likely contributing to the problem.
