Can You Run a 7-Minute Mile? These 72-Year-Olds Can

Dick Wilson, a 72-year-old man from Kansas, and Paul Heitzman, also 72, are two of the top age-group runners in the country. They each run close to a seven-minute-mile pace at distances up to a half-marathon, which puts them near the front at most races. This is an inspiring story for anyone who's trying to get motivated to exercise, no matter what your age. Heitzman only began running shortly before he turned 60. You don't have to start running marathons tomorrow by any means, just getting out there and moving around will be beneficial.
