It is nearly incomprehensible to believe that they could get away with this, but a panel of vaccine "experts" is exploring the possibility of recommending annual flu vaccinations for all Americans. It is bad enough that the vaccine is recommended for infants and for health workers and those considered at high risk of severe illness or death from flu, a total of 185 million people, or a bit more than half of the population. Now they want EVERYONE to have the vaccine. They are considering this because they were only able to convince (fool) 85 million people to get the vaccine last year. There are a large variety of practical alternatives to the flu vaccine that do not cause the side effects of the flu vaccine. So get smart, stay healthy, follow the program and avoid the flu vaccine when they finally recommend everyone to get it.
