Texas Schools Adding Fish Oil to Lunches

I am very impressed with the incredible news that some south Texas schools will start adding fish oil to the school lunches. This needs to be done to every school lunch program in the United States. Please realize that this is likely the result of one or two courageous individuals who believed that one person can make a difference.
