People with mildly high cholesterol may be able to lower their levels by drinking a new kind of orange juice that is fortified with plant sterols. While I agree that the plant sterols are likely beneficial for many, fruit juice is not a very healthy food. It is loaded with eight teaspoons of a relatively dangerous simple carbohydrate, fructose.
