Obese 10-Year-Olds Face Artery Thickening

Obese children as young as 10-years-old have arteries resembling heavy smokers and face the prospect of coronary disease in early middle age. This puts children at risk of heart attack in their 40s and 50s. The good news here is that the children's blood vessels returned to normal after one year of better eating and exercise.
