Your Stress Level is Affected by How Much School You've Had

People with less education feel less day-to-day stress that those with a college degree. In fact, those with the least education, such as high school dropouts, experience stress on just 30 percent of days compared with 44 percent of days for those with a college degree. However, while the less educated experience stress on fewer days, their stressful experiences were so much more severe that they had health problems such as nausea, headaches, chest pain and fever as a result. But no matter what your education level, stress is something that we all face to some extent or another, and would all benefit from reducing it in our lives.
