You can do far better by avoiding these drinks, especially the ones with high-fructose corn syrup. Water is your best fluid replacement, along with eating foods designed for your nutritional type. If you are eating plenty of raw vegetables and fruits, there are more than enough electrolytes and sugars to replace your losses from working out.
