The CDC and the media have done such an amazing job of pulling the proverbial wool over the eyes of the consuming public that naive legislators are threatening doctors and nurses with fines or even jail if they give flu shots to healthy, low-risk people. Amazing, absolutely amazing.
This entire flu vaccine issue is out of control as one person actually died waiting in line for the vaccine. Another example of the craziness is that patients are even calling doctors' offices and threatening them if they don't get the flu vaccine They are even stealing flu vaccines from doctors' offices.
I am certain that none of the clued in professionals who understand health will be affected as they would never even dream of giving ANYONE a flu shot. Fortunately there are effective alternatives to the flu vaccine that will actually keep you healthy in addition to preventing the flu.
