The Deadly Effect of Thimerosal

I've posted many articles on this site about the perils of vaccines -- specifically the presence of thimerosal, a mercury-based presevative found in many childhood and flu vaccines -- including extensive features by contributing editors and esteemed colleagues Dr. Russell Blaylock and Dr. Sherri Tenpenny. New research has recently uncovered the true extent of thimerosal's toxicity.

Typically, the brain and liver can manufacture enough glutathione (an essential antioxidant and naturally occuring tripeptide made of cysteine, glutamate, and glycine) to protect the body from exposure to various heavy metals, including mercury. When this critical compound is depleted in the body, however, excess mercury can bind with cellular proteins, leading to toxic damage. In fact, studies have shown low micromolar concentrations of Thimerosal induced DNA strand breaks, caspase-3 activation, membrane damage and cell death.

The higher the concentration of thimerosal, scientists found, the greater the number of cells that were killed although the nerve cell response occurred with only a THREE-HOUR exposure.

Thimerosal should have been removed from vaccines six years ago, but due to mislabeling and other problems its presence is still being felt. So much so, even package inserts, which are supposed to detail exactly what is in a vaccine, may not even be accurate. This mean a doctor may not know with certainty whether a certain toxic additive such as thimerosal is in the injection, and a parent would have no choice but to rely on the doctor for this crucial information.

I strongly urge you, before making a decision on vaccinating your children, do your family a big favor by reviewing the many side effects and risks involved. Making the effort could mean all the difference between life and death.
