McDonald's Removes Fitness Tracker From Happy Meals

People are expressing concerns over McDonald's new fitness trackers that are being included in their kid's happy meals. The fast food company decided to remove them after potential skin irritations were being reported from wearing the colorful plastic bands. An article by CNN talks to Jennifer A Emond, assistant professor of pediatrics at Dartmouth Geisel School of Medicine. She suggested that instead of feeding their children Happy Meals, parents might consider other affordable fitness tracker options, or "go for a walk, go to the park, play games with your family that promote fitness rather than going into a restaurant."
